•SB 396 Information - (Visit Delaware Legislation page)

Senate Bill 396, which was approved by the General Assembly on 6/30/06, grants a post retirement increase to members of the State Employees Pension Plan, the Judicial Pension Plan, the New State Police Pension Plan, and the County/Municipal Police Pension Plan effective 7/1/06. As of 7/3/06, SB 396 is awaiting the Governor's signature. This bill will provide post-retirement increases as follows: *Employees retired before 7/1/05 will receive an increase of 2%. *Employees retired before 1/1/81 will receive 2% or $25 per month, whatever is greater.
