The service pension (beginning at age 62 or later) at retirement shall not exceed 75% of the Final Average Earnings compensation minus the old age insurance benefit for which you are eligible at age 62 under the Federal Social Security Act. The result of this computation is to be multiplied by a ratio (not to exceed 1) with a numerator comprised of your years of credited service and a denominator of 30 years.
