STATE EMPLOYEES' BENEFITS - SERVICE PENSION
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
You are eligible for a service pension beginning the month after you leave employment if:
- You are at least 62
years of age and terminate service after June 30,1988 with at least five years of credited service, not counting any claimed or purchased service other than purchased service for sabbatical leave and military service (interrupting employment), or
- You are at least 60 years of age and have at least 15 years of credited service, not
counting any claimed or purchased service other than purchased service for sabbatical
leave and military service (interrupting employment), or,
- You have 30 years of credited service.
