• A letter was sent to a select group of State Employees whose plan information were reviewed and have qualified for another enrollment option into the D.I.P. program. Only the State Employees Pension Plan members who received this letter need to make an election.

• State Employees who did not receive a D.I.P. 2006 letter may disregard this enrollment process.

• For those State Employees who have received a D.I.P. 2006 letter please reference your Employee ID number (located on the first page) and use it to log-in to the on-line election form.

• This on-line election form is for state employees who qualified for another enrollment process that was verified by The Office of Pensions. Only employees who qualified for this enrollment may log-in.
